1. Informational Purposes Only

2. No Provider-Patient Relationship

Visiting this website, reading its content, or contacting us through forms does not create a physician–patient relationship. A provider–patient relationship is only established after you have scheduled, completed, and paid for a consultation through our secure client portal.

3. Telehealth Services

Lumen Health provides telehealth services to eligible clients located physically in North Carolina at the time of service. Telehealth services are subject to informed consent, applicable state laws, and our practice policies.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment at Booking: All consultations and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not bill or accept insurance.

  • Payment is processed securely through our scheduling and payment platform.

  • Packages: Packages include multiple appointments and are non-transferable. All package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified.

  • Cancellations:

    • Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

    • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be counted as a used session (for packages) or are non-refundable (for single appointments).

  • Refunds:

    • Single sessions: Because we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you, refunds are not available for missed or same-day cancellations.

    • Packages: Refunds are not available once the package has been purchased, except in the rare case of an error in billing.

  • Technical Issues and Incomplete Sessions:

    • If a telehealth session is interrupted or cannot be completed due to technical issues beyond the client’s control, Lumen Health, PLLC will not bill the client in full for the incomplete session. At Lumen Health’s discretion, the session may be rescheduled, or a prorated charge may be applied based on the portion of services provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, graphics, and logo) is owned by Lumen Health, PLLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this material without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

By using this website, you agree that Lumen Health, PLLC and its providers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website content.

7. Links to Other Sites
