The Treasure Hunt

Oooh! You found this. 🥳
By now, you’ve realized there’s something different about the way I move in this world we share. That fluidity came when I let go of outdated structures — ways of being that no longer supported growth or health — and felt the positive ripple of change move through my life.
Now, I see the ups and downs and side-ways of human life as functional — not simply “good” or “bad,” but more like: What does this mean to me? or What is the hidden gem inside this messy pile of life? 🤪
Years ago, I learned that when you allow the depth of sorrow, fear, and anger, you also widen the bandwidth for joy, satisfaction, and wonder. That shift changed my parenting too. I used to tell my kids that life is like a treasure hunt:
“Imagine you’re pirates…and everywhere you go there’s hidden treasure, just waiting for you to uncover the loot box and pick the lock to see what’s inside.” 🗝️✨
So this little easter egg — tucked behind the Philosophy of Care link — is my nod to that truth, and a portal into much more than medicine…
…digital ink tracing why I think in many ways all is medicine…
…and in true Zen koan paradox, also…maybe nothing is medicine?
But the cracker jacks are real 😉
happy treasure-hunting!
