Who do you see?

Currently, consults are available only to adults (18+) physically in North Carolina at the time of visit.

Will you prescribe medications?

No ongoing prescriptions or controlled substances are provided. You’ll receive clarity, perspective, and options to bring back to your care team if medication is part of your plan.

Do you take insurance?

No. Lumen Health is a direct-pay practice. You’ll get a receipt if you’d like to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients also use FSA/HSA funds to cover consults.

What does a consult look like?

You’ll book securely online, meet via telehealth, and leave with personalized insight into your symptoms, your story, and your next steps — clarity you can act on right away — and receive a written action plan within 48 hours.
